Questions we get asked most.
Short answers to what brands usually want to know before we start.
Something not covered here? Email us and we will answer it directly.
Whose account do you work in?
Yours. We never ask a client to trade under our account, and we do not hold your selling account on your behalf. You invite our team as named users under your own Seller Central or Vendor Central account, with defined permissions, and you can remove that access yourself at any moment.
What access do you actually need?
The narrowest set that lets us do the agreed work. Each service page lists the specific permissions that discipline requires — for example Manage Inventory for catalog work, Advertising for campaign management, and Reports for analytics. We do not ask for your primary account credentials — access is through a named user invitation under your own account, protected by two-step verification.
Who owns the work you produce?
You do. Listing copy, keyword research, images, A+ content, the Brand Store, campaign structures, dashboards and documentation are yours, during the engagement and after it ends. Nothing is held hostage against a final invoice.
How do you handle our data?
We use your account data only to do your work. It is not shared with other clients and it is not sold. Access is limited to the people working on your account, and you can withdraw it at any time. More detail is on our Data and security page.
Will you guarantee a sales figure or a keyword position?
No. Search placement, Buy Box ownership and badge eligibility are decided by Amazon, not by an agency. What we do commit to in writing is the scope of work, the reporting cadence and how quickly we respond when something goes wrong.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
North America, Europe and selected global marketplaces, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Australia, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, India and Brazil. The marketplaces we actually manage for you are named in your service agreement.
Do you work with 1P vendors as well as 3P sellers?
Yes. We manage Seller Central accounts and Vendor Central accounts, and hybrid arrangements where a brand runs both. Vendor work includes purchase orders, confirmation rates, chargebacks, shortage claims and cost discussions.
How long is the contract?
An initial term, then rolling monthly with a notice period. Both are stated in the agreement before you sign. We would rather you stay because the reporting shows it is worth it than because the contract makes leaving expensive.
What happens if we want to leave?
You give notice, we hand over. That means documented campaign structures, keyword files, creative source files, the current roadmap and any process documentation, plus a walkthrough with whoever is taking over. Then you remove our user access. We keep nothing we are not legally required to keep.
How quickly do you respond to something urgent?
Account-health notifications, suspensions, listing takedowns and stockouts on significant products get a same-day response on working days. The specific commitment is written into your agreement rather than left as a promise on a website.
Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.
We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.
