Amazon advertising
Advertising is where an Amazon account leaks money fastest and most quietly. We build a campaign structure you can actually read, then manage it against contribution margin — the money left after Amazon, after fulfilment, after the cost of goods.
What is included
Everything on this list is work we perform, not a menu of upsells.
- Account and campaign architecture. Portfolios, naming conventions and campaign types set up so that any person on your side can open the console and understand what they are looking at.
- Keyword research and mapping. A master keyword list per product family, built from category research, competitor coverage, Brand Analytics search query data and your own converting terms.
- Sponsored Products. Exact, phrase, broad, automatic and product-targeting campaigns, with a defined role for each so they are not bidding against one another.
- Sponsored Brands and Brands Video. Headline and video placements, custom landing pages and Store spotlight, including the creative itself.
- Sponsored Display. Product and audience targeting for defence on your own listings and conquest on competitors, plus remarketing to shoppers who did not buy.
- Amazon DSP. Where budget and catalogue justify it, programmatic display and video off Amazon, with a clear read on incrementality before we scale it.
- Search-term harvesting and negatives. Every week: promote what converts, negate what does not, at both campaign and ad-group level.
- Bid, budget and placement management. Bids set from a break-even model, not a target ACOS pulled out of the air. Placement and day-part adjustments where the data supports them.
- Product launch plans. A structured ramp for new ASINs: coupon and deal support, review generation through Vine, targeted spend and a defined exit from launch pricing.
- Reporting against profit. ACOS and TACOS are reported, but the decision metric is contribution margin and incremental profit per pound or dollar spent.
- A written change log. Every structural change is logged with the date, the reason and the metric it was meant to move, so any decision can be audited later.

Access we need
The permissions this work needs, granted under your own account.

- Reports permission. To pull search-term, placement and purchased-product reports.
- Brand Analytics, where enrolled. Search query performance and market basket data materially improve targeting.

Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.
We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.
What we will need
- The marketplaces you sell in today
