Account management
Most Amazon problems are not strategy problems. They are nobody-checked-on-Tuesday problems. We put a named team on your account with a written roadmap and a fixed weekly rhythm, so the small things get caught before they become expensive ones.
What is included
Everything on this list is work we perform, not a menu of upsells.
- Seller Central and Vendor Central administration. User permissions, notification settings, marketplace registrations, tax and remittance settings, and a documented record of who has access to what.
- A written growth roadmap. A ninety-day plan with owners, dates and the metric each item is meant to move. Reviewed and reset every quarter with you in the room.
- Daily account monitoring. Buy Box ownership, pricing, stock position, suppressed and inactive listings, and account health, checked every working day.
- Seller Support case handling. Cases opened, chased and escalated on your behalf. You get the case ID, the current status and the reply, not a summary of a summary.
- Pricing and Buy Box strategy. Price bands agreed with you in writing. Automated repricing is only used where you have approved the rules and the floor.
- Promotions and deal calendar. Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Lightning and Best Deals, subscribe-and-save, and submissions for Prime Day, Black Friday and category events.
- Vendor Central operations. For 1P accounts: purchase orders, confirmation rates, chargebacks, shortage claims, cost and terms discussions, and the vendor catalogue.
- Weekly report and standing call. The same format every week — sales, spend, margin, what changed, what we are doing next. Thirty minutes, or a written note if you would rather read it.
- One roadmap across every discipline. Advertising, catalog, creative and analytics all work from the same plan, so a listing change and a campaign change are not fighting each other.
- Documentation that stays with you. Structures, decisions, rules and logins are written down inside your own account. If we ever part ways, nothing walks out of the door with us.
What you receive
Deliverables and cadence, written into the service agreement.
- A named account lead and a named specialist per discipline
- Weekly report and a standing thirty-minute call
- A shared task board you can open any day of the week
- A quarterly roadmap document with dates and owners
- A response commitment for urgent issues, written into the agreement
Access we need
The permissions this work needs, granted under your own account.
- Seller Central user account. A user invitation under your own account, with the permissions listed on each service page. We do not ask for your primary account credentials.
- Removable at any time. You can revoke access from Seller Central yourself, at any moment, without asking us first.

Next step
Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.
We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.
What we will need
- The marketplaces you sell in today
- Read-only access, or exported reports if you prefer
- Your landed cost per unit, so margin numbers are real
- Whichever problem is bothering you most right now
