Pricing

Three ways to pay us. All of them written down before we start.

Whichever model you choose, the scope, the fee and the notice period are set out in the service agreement. There are no setup fees, no charges for work that was always part of the job, and no long lock-in.

Fee models

We will recommend one after the account review. Rates below are set per client and confirmed in your agreement.

Model A

Monthly management fee

A fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope. Predictable for you, and it means our advice is not influenced by whether a decision raises this month's revenue.

Agreed per client

Best when: your catalog is stable and you want a predictable cost line.

Model B

Percentage of gross sales

A percentage of gross Amazon sales in the managed marketplaces, invoiced monthly. No fixed fee. We earn more only when the account earns more.

A percentage of monthly gross sales

Best when: you are growing and would rather the cost scale with the account.

Model C

Base plus performance

A reduced monthly fee covering the operating cost, plus a percentage above an agreed baseline so the upside is shared rather than assumed.

Reduced monthly fee, plus a share above baseline

Best when: there is a clear starting point to measure growth against.

What the fee covers

Terms

The commercial points people usually have to ask for.

  • No setup fee and no onboarding charge
  • Rolling monthly after an initial term, with a notice period — both stated in your agreement before you sign
  • Invoiced monthly in arrears, in the currency stated in your agreement
  • Percentage models are calculated on gross Amazon sales in the managed marketplaces, as reported by Amazon
  • Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it starts
  • Advertising budgets are agreed with you before each month and never exceeded without approval
On the rates above. Fee levels depend on catalog size, number of marketplaces and the scope you need, so they are agreed per client and stated in your service agreement. Your invoice will always reconcile to the figures in that agreement.
Next step

Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.

We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.

What we will need
  • The marketplaces you sell in today
  • Read-only access, or exported reports if you prefer
  • Your landed cost per unit, so margin numbers are real
  • Whichever problem is bothering you most right now
