Amazon marketplace management

A full-time operating team for your Amazon account.

Brand Hamlet runs advertising, catalog, creative, inventory and reporting inside your own Seller Central or Vendor Central account. One team, one roadmap, one report every week — and a number at the bottom of it that accounts for fees, ad spend and cost of goods.

Why brands hand this over

The work is continuous. Most in-house teams can only give it attention in bursts.

Attention

It needs looking at daily

Buy Box loss, a suppressed listing, a restock limit change or a policy notification can cost a week of sales before anyone notices. We check every working day and act the same day.

Breadth

It is six jobs, not one

Advertising, copywriting, design, forecasting, finance and support each need a different skill. Hiring all six in-house rarely makes sense until you are very large.

Honesty

The reporting has to be real

Sales growth funded by advertising is not growth. We report contribution margin after every cost, so you can see whether the account is actually earning.

How an engagement runs

Audit first. We will not take an account we cannot help.

Before anything is signed, we review the account and give you a written list of what we would change and what we think it is worth. Sometimes that conversation ends with us telling you to fix two things yourself and call us in six months. That is a fine outcome.

The first ninety days
  • Weeks 1–2 — access, audit and a written findings list
  • Weeks 3–4 — fix what is losing money now: stranded stock, wasted spend, broken listings
  • Weeks 5–8 — rebuild campaign structure and listing content
  • Weeks 9–12 — creative, storefront and the first quarterly roadmap
Coverage

Set per client in the service agreement. Not every brand needs every marketplace.

Next step

Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.

We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.

What we will need
  • The marketplaces you sell in today
  • Read-only access, or exported reports if you prefer
  • Your landed cost per unit, so margin numbers are real
  • Whichever problem is bothering you most right now
