Data & security
How we handle your account data.
Short version: we work inside your account, we use what we find there only to do your work, and you can shut off our access yourself at any moment.

Our practice
Questions about any of this: utsav@brandhamlet.com
- We work inside your own account. Brand Hamlet does not hold or operate selling accounts on behalf of clients. Every engagement runs inside the client's own Seller Central or Vendor Central account.
- Access is granted by you, and revoked by you. You invite us as a user with the permissions the agreed work requires. You can remove that access from Seller Central at any time, without telling us first.
- We never ask for your primary login. Access is through Amazon's own user invitation system, protected by two-step verification. We do not ask for or store your account password.
- Data is used only for your work. Information from an authorised Amazon account is used to perform the services that client has engaged us for, and for nothing else.
- We do not share or sell it. Your data is not shared with other clients, not sold, and not used to build or train products for anyone else.
- We do not need shopper personal data. Our services do not require it, and we do not extract it from Amazon's systems.
- Kept only as long as needed, deleted on request. Working data is retained for the engagement and removed afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing utsav@brandhamlet.com, and we will confirm when it is done.
- If something goes wrong, you hear it from us. If we become aware that your data has been accessed or disclosed without authorisation, we will tell you promptly and tell you what we know.
On shopper personal data. None of the services we perform require the personal information of Amazon customers. Our reporting is built from sales, fee, advertising and inventory data, and we do not export buyer details from Amazon's systems.
How we handle personal data more generally — including enquiries made through this site — is set out in our Privacy policy. The data terms that apply contractually to an engagement are those in your signed service agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Next step
Send us your account and we will tell you what we would change first.
We review the catalog, the advertising and the account health, then come back with a written list of what is costing you money and what we would do about it. No charge, no obligation to work with us.
What we will need
- The marketplaces you sell in today
- Read-only access, or exported reports if you prefer
- Your landed cost per unit, so margin numbers are real
- Whichever problem is bothering you most right now
